Vincent (Vince) E. Way from West Palm Beach, FL graduated from The Kings Academy High School in 2006. From there he attended Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. With a football scholarship,Way went on to set a freshman record rushing for 8.4 yards per carry his freshman season.  He studied Sociology with a minor in Christian Ministries while at Bethel University. Vince mentored and traveled the world with former NFL MVP Shaun Alexander of the Seattle Seahawks. Shaun selected Vince and twelve other young men that he mentored to participate in a nine city journey.  The tour took place throughout nine different cities/states across the U.S. all while sharing the gospel. This journey served as an inspiration behind Alexander's book entitled, "The Walk" which also included Vince . With a great example of a mentor in sight, Vince started mentoring youth around the world himself starting through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Vince has been involved with the FCA for the past 7 years ministering to young men all over. Vincent is now mentoring over 100 kids accross the U.S. He now lives in Dallas, Texas as a motivational speaker for the Bill Glass's Champions for Life/ Champions for Today teaming up with former New England Patriots 2x Super Bowl Champ Devin Wyman. It is Vincent's mission to simply share his personal testimony, in effort, to help save this hurting generation of youth. For, it is never to late to make a change.
